Monday and I have a dream

Good morning,
It is very chilly, it was 8 when I awoke, and it is now 16, I was just out taking care of recyclables and garbage, my hand were very cold!  I got a new phone , same number and a tablet through Verizon, wasn't ever going to go back, but it is just easier.  I have to go to work at Mr Elders and Roz, today, we are off from school because of Martin Luther King.
I took a great picture out the back door, here it is,

I have a lake, usual for spring and here it is, a tad early but after our snow we had rain and now it is frozen!! 

Well, I am off to do laundry, was trying to listen to my book, but I lost my way while I was typing, listening to A Long Time Gone by Karen White, she also wrote The Sound of Glass, which I have listened to multiple times, she has a great way off presenting and building characters. 

I am enjoying this book, but I must pay attention better as I get lost and have to rewind!!

I guess I am great at starting but not a finishing!  Last year I managed to get to Brother #2 birthday, that was in February!
I once again am hoping to complete the year with more posts.
Today os January 14, it is 21 degrees and overcast. Last week it was nasty, snow/freezing rain etc.  Can't find it but will keep searching but hearsay is we have had more snow so far than last year all together.
I am off to the valley to see if I can get a better phone.
